App: Bluedose: GLP-1 Tracker
Effective date: September 28, 2026
Last updated: September 28, 2026

Short version: Bluedose keeps your data on your iPhone and, if you use iCloud, in your own private iCloud account. We don't have servers, accounts, analytics, or ads. We never see, collect, sell, or share your health information.

1. Who we are

Bluedose: GLP-1 Tracker ("Bluedose," "we," "us," or "our") is published by Ship & Sail. It helps you log GLP-1 injections, rotate injection sites, and track protein, weight, food noise, and side effects. Questions about this policy can be sent to:

2. Information you enter

Everything you log stays in the app's storage on your device:

We don't have access to any of it.

3. iCloud sync

If you're signed in to iCloud, Bluedose uses Apple's CloudKit and iCloud key-value storage to sync your data to your own private iCloud database, so it's there on a new iPhone or after reinstalling. This data is stored by Apple under your Apple Account and is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy. We can't read it. You can turn this off in iOS Settings under your name, then iCloud.

4. Ask (Apple Intelligence)

On supported iPhones, Ask uses Apple's on-device foundation model to answer questions about your logs. Your questions and data are processed on your iPhone and are not sent to us or to any third-party AI service.

5. Notifications and Live Activities

Shot reminders and the Lock Screen shot card are scheduled on your device. No reminder content passes through our servers, because we don't have any.

6. Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles your payment details; we only receive the standard confirmation that a subscription is active, which the app checks on your device. We don't receive your name, email, or payment information.

7. What we don't do

8. Deleting your data

You can delete any shot or check-in by swiping it in History, and any conversation in Ask. Deleting the app removes the data on your device. To remove synced copies, go to iOS Settings, then your name, iCloud, Manage Storage, and delete Bluedose's data.

9. Children

Bluedose is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 17.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
